The annual Emmy Awards were handed out tonight at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. Seth Meyers served as host this year.
Modern Family started off hot, picking up two of the first six Emmys. The show would later go on to win Best Comedy Series for the fifth year in a row.
CBS continued to add to their Emmy pile picking up wins for Best Reality Series and Best Actor and Supporting Actress Comedy wins.
Cable did well too, specifically FX and AMC. Fargo and American Horror Story helped FX to five wins while Breaking Bad accounted for all five of AMC’s awards. CBS, ABC and HBO came in second with four wins each. PBS took home three wins. NBC, Netflix, Comedy Central, Showtime each took home one Emmy each.
