Never mind that it seemed odd for the worldwide phenomenon known as Attack on Titan to have their world premiere at the Egyptian Theater in Los Angeles yesterday evening. (I guess all the big locations in Japan were booked up.) Only two of the stars from the film – lead actor Haruna Miura and lead actress Kiko Mizuhara made the trip over along with director Shinji Higuchi.

The premiere follows the latest trailer which landed online a couple of months ago.

The story is different from the anime and manga which grew to become worldwide hits, but still follows the same overall premise.
