How cool would this look in 3D?!

Since everything is being converted into 3D nowadays, I think no other movie deserves to get the 3D treatment than The Matrix. A total game-changer in the action sci-fi genre. Of course, I’m not SERIOUSLY proposing they convert it to 3D. It’d end up looking like Clash of the Titans.

That been said, I remember when this movie first hit the screens in ’99 and people were straining their backs doing the Keanu-Reeves-dodging bullets scene or quoting the stoic Larry Fishburn as Morpheus. And while the good guys are fun to watch, the real star is Hugo Weaving. He was so cool, I ended up buying sunglasses just like his and walk around saying, “Mr. Anderson.” Haha. Still have them somewhere too.

The next few days are going to be packed with the AFI Fest kicking off and a few other special screening taking place in the L.A. area. But with less than 10 to go to the sweet sweet end, I think I’ll be able to manage it. Tomorrow we cross into the 2000’s.
