‘Jurassic Park’ Celebrates 25th Anniversary with Limited Return to Theaters

Steven Speilberg’s classic film that launched a brontosaurus-sized franchise is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a limited return to theaters in September.

Tickets for Jurassic Park are currently available on FathomEvents and fans will have a chance to watch a 17-minute fan-made remake of the original classic that will play before the feature film.

The film will screen in more than 500 theaters nationwide on September 16, 18, and 19.

This isn’t the first time the film has been re-released. In 2013, the film got a 3D makeover

The return engagement also coincides with the DVD/Blu-Ray release of the latest Jurassic Park film Fallen Kingdom starring Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. Jurassic Park: Fallen Kingdom releases on home video on September 18.
