Chances are if you were one of the many that helped propel Disney’s Beauty and the Beast to a record-setting March opening this past weekend, you saw this new trailer for the upcoming animated DreamWorks Animation comedy, The Boss Baby.
Marketing for the heavily promoted movie has been steady and it is on track to open around $24 million when it hits theaters March 31. But riding the coattails of one of the most anticipated movies of the year certainly helps in drawing attention to itself. I mean, Transformers: The Last Knight did it with their new trailer, so why not The Boss Baby?
Take a look at the new trailer below:
As you can see, the movie revolves around the story of a suit-wearing briefcase-carrying baby who pairs up with his seven-year old brother to stop the dastardly plot of the CEO of Puppy Co.
The Boss Baby features the voices of Alec Baldwin as the title role along with Steve Buscemi, Jimmy Kimmel, Lisa Kudow and Tobey Maguire, with music by Hans Zimmer.
And speaking of Beauty and the Beast, check out the poster that was given away at select screenings in the UK this past weekend.
