I was tempted to watch my grandfather’s favorite movie ever, Yankee Doodle Dandy starring James Cagney, but decided to go with the more mainstream classic, Casablanca. Watching this movie again, it’s funny how many great one-liners there are. There’s even a YouTube video for them.

That been said, while it remains an American classic, it’s not one of my favorites. I love Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman reminds me of a European Grace Kelly (before she became the princess of Monaco), it’s just that romantic dramas aren’t my favorite genre to watch. There are dramantic movies that I do like, The Notebook, Pride and Prejudice and Cruel Intentions come to mind. That been said, I’m rady to move on to tomorrow’s classic The Ox-Bow Incident. And so, I bid thee adieu… but we’ll always have Day 33. Play it again, Sam, and here’s lookin’ at you kid.
